I’m the girl behind the camera,
My name is Victoria, I live in Yarmouth Nova Scotia with my husband and our two amazing daughters. I became interested in photography in 2010. Over the years I explored all things photography, between self teaching myself new techniques, online courses, workshops and attending several online webinars, some of those workshops include Safety, positioning & posing workshops for when photographing those precious new babies. I am certified in first aid & CPR & do a refresher course each year. I turned my basement into a studio & enjoy sharing my space with my clients. Each session I have shot over the years has left an impact on my life in some way & has helped me grow as a person & as a business owner.
I do not promote myself as a professional because I am still always learning however I do promote myself as a highly experienced photographer who thrive’s to deliver each of my clients with great ever lasting memories.
Side note about myself,
Aside from photography I am also a residential care provider with Yarmouth Association for Community Residential Options also known as “yacro” for roughly five years now. Yacro is a not-for-profit agency that provides residential support for children and adults challenged with disabilities.
My secret, I am very camera shy, I choose to be in back of the camera rather then in front of it.
